Personal Energy Sessions

We all have within us the ability to access higher energies and higher realms than those of our day-to-day outer world.  That said, I have spent over 20 years cultivating my ability to touch into, and hold space for, higher energies and realms - both for myself and for the benefit of others.  Energy knows no bounds, and so I am able to do this for someone who is in front of me or on the other side of the planet.  When working with someone remotely, we could be in communication via technology, or I could even run energy for them while they are doing other things.

It is difficult to describe what happens in an energy session.  The higher energies we can tap into help re-align our own energy system to a healthier balance.  This in turn impacts our thoughts, our emotions, and even our physicality in positive ways.  Typically people report feeling more calm, thoughts are clearer, aches and pains may shift or disappear, even circumstances in the outer world my suddenly shift in our favour.

When doing energy sessions for people, I am not intending any specific outcomes or even seeking to address any particular conditions within the person or their world.  I am simply connecting and holding space for their system to receive a greater influx of higher energies to support their unfolding according to their own higher wisdom and the intelligence of the universe.  The duration of an energy session varies depending on what the system is wanting/needing.  This can range from just a few minutes to occasionally as long as close to an hour.  And it can be different each time.

Personal energy sessions can only be booked upon mutual agreement during a personal consult.
